Come join us for an informative and interactive virtual meeting where we will discuss
Common Running Injuries, What To Look Out For, and How To Prevent Them.
The hope is that this will be an interactive discussion. Adam will take people's questions and he hopes to use those questions as basis for the entire talk. Let's have fun with it. Be prepared to move a little bit.
He will be having you perform a few common movements that we use to observe weakness and/or mobility limitations.
See you there!!
