Due to COVID-19, we're cancelling all group activities through the month of April. We want to run with you for years to come, and the best way to do that is for us run on our own for awhile.
Run with music or a podcast, ride your bike, try a YouTube exercise class,
or walk with your family. If you have kids, take them with you-
since they're out of school, that can be "PE".
At the end of April, we'll reevaluate based on how conditions look- things are changing daily right now. Until then, we'll be there in spirit and encourage you to stay active as long as you are healthy and comfortable doing so.
