Charleston Area Group Runs

All runs take place every week unless otherwise noted. If no pace is indicated, then all are welcome. If it's your first time going to a particular run, it's not a bad idea to make contact with the coordinator to make sure the information here is still accurate.

Upcoming Group Runs

Our next Community Wide Group Run will be Thursday, December 18th at 6:30 pm. All paces are welcome and encouraged. The group will meet in front of the Charleston Harbor Fish House on Patriots Point.

Sundays

6:30 AM - On The Run, Mt. Pleasant - 10+ miles, 7:30-8:00 pace. 
7:00 AM - Park West, Mt. Pleasant - Meet at the track in the recreation center. 
3 - 6 miles for all levels including walkers.

Length: 8+ miles, all running paces welcome.

Length: 3 mile and a 5 mile run for all levels.

6:30 PM - Pub Run with Fleet Feet Sports Mount Pleasant.  2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.
Location: Varying around Charleston.  
Length: 3 mile and a 5 mile run option for all paces.

Fridays 

6:00 PM - Palmetto Brewery downtown. Dog Jog group run Every Friday.  This run is for all skill level runners/walkers; 2.5-3 mile course.  Meets at the Palmetto Brewery downtown.  Runners are encouraged to bring polite canine running partners. Contact Anna Will, 919-619-6337

Saturdays

6:00 AM - The Foot Store, Mt. Pleasant - Meet out in front of the shop. Distance and pace will vary based on who wants to run what. Some great routes mapped out. If you are game, we have an excellent 12.3 mile route with water stops and restrooms along the way.

7:00 AM - Isle of Palms Saturday Morning Stress Reliever
Location: Isle of Palms, meet at the Harris Teeter*
Time: 7:00AM (November-June), 6:00AM (June-October)
Length: This run is designed to accommodate all levels from beginner to advanced. It will
typically range from 4 – 8 miles though some members may wish to run longer. Walkers and Runners of all levels.
