Charleston Area Group Runs

All runs take place every week unless otherwise noted. If no pace is indicated, then all are welcome. If it's your first time going to a particular run, it's not a bad idea to make contact with the coordinator to make sure the information here is still accurate.

New Group on James Island (Coming soon)

There are plans to start a group run on James Island coming January 2016, for more information email  VPCommunications@charlestonrunningclub.com

Mondays 

6:30 PM - Fleet Feet Sports in Mount Pleasant.  Every Monday.  
Length: 3 mile and a 5 mile run option for all paces.

JIMP
5:30 PM:  
Aquarium Garage for  Aquarium loop (4.6 miles easy group run with intervals on the last mile)
OR
Hampton Park / Citadel (2 miles easy followed by 2-3 miles speed work)

Tuesdays

Wednesdays

6:30 PM - Pub Run with Fleet Feet Sports Mount Pleasant.  2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.
Location: Varying around Charleston.  
Length: 3 mile and a 5 mile run option for all paces.

Aquarium Garage 6 garages run (approx 6 miles; easy run between garages; hard running up the hills)
OR
Aquarium Garage for Ravenel Bridge run (includes 1 easy mile each before and after the bridge)
OR
West Ashley Greenway (4- 6 Miles)

Saturdays

6:00 AM - The Foot Store, Mt. Pleasant - Meet out in front of the shop. Distance and pace will vary based on who wants to run what. Some great routes mapped out. If you are game, we have an excellent 12.3 mile route with water stops and restrooms along the way.
